The Suncliff Hotel Bournemouth. Located on the seafront overlooking Bournemouth Bay in the East Cliff area of town, The Suncliff Hotel is a few minutes’ stroll from seven miles of sandy beaches. A traditional English seaside hotel offering comfortable bedrooms with tea & coffee making facilities, as well as an indoor pool & sauna (additional charge may apply). The hotel has a lift but there are a few steps up to it. Bournemouth is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and bustling town centre, and is home to everything from Victorian architecture & beautiful gardens, to traditional seaside piers with their arcades and slot machines.

ITINERARY

Monday –  After local pick ups we make our way south to Dorset and our hotel for the next seven nights.
Tuesday – Today we will have a day at leisure while we explore the area and recover from yesterday’s day of travelling.
Wednesday – This morning we travel through the New Forest Park to Lyndhurst which offers a blend of historical sites, charming shops and pubs. Watch out for ponies on the moors. This afternoon we visit Beaulieu where your entrance ticket covers The National Motor Museum, We Had One Of Those Exhibition, Palace House & Gardens, Little Beaulieu, Beaulieu Abbey, The Secret Army Exhibition and unlimited rides on the monorail!
Thursday – After breakfast this morning we make our way to West Bay – known for its beautiful coastal scenery, including the iconic golden cliffs of the Jurassic Coast. We travel back towards Bournemouth passing the famous Chesil Beach – 18 miles of pebble beach with pebbles gradually decreasing in size from east to west
Friday – Today we have another free day – why not take a stroll along the beach and see the many beach huts and enjoy an ice cream, or visit the Russell Coats art gallery which is very near the hotel?
Saturday – Today we visit Poole, a charming harbour town renowned for its beauty, and maritime heritage. Later we travel to the Isle of Purbeck where we take a trip on the Swanage Railway The heritage railway attraction operates full-size steam and diesel passenger trains along the line from Norden and Corfe Castle and down to the Victorian seaside town of Swanage.
Sunday – We enjoy a day at leisure today.
Monday – Today we our way home on Monday after a wonderful 8 days in Bournemouth.
